8.5 out of 10. Maybe just slide forward a bit on the saddle. It would lower the efffective seat height a smidge and tighten up her shoulder angle a bit as well open up what MAY BE a tight hip angle, but really pretty good as is. If the shoe fits…

she’s sitting quite far back on the saddle.

the only way to get lower is to move forward on the saddle. as is, she is as low as she should realistically be able to get.

I’d hit it.

slide the saddle forwards, drop the bars, narrow the pads (if she’s fine with that or willing to take the time to adaüt to this position)

oh eah, and get an aero helmet, a tight fitting shirt and some tanning lotion
.

Not too bad. Seat maybe just a tad high, though if she nose rides under hard efforts, she’s probably fine. Narrow up those arms, though. I’m sure there is a little improvement there in getting lower too.

She actually looks decent, in spite of that frame… What’s with the 650 wheels for someone who’s obviously not that short? And the sloping TT/short HT seems pointless when having to use a hi-rise stem to get the bars back up. She should just ride a bigger frame w/ either a steeper ST or a FF post.
