Critique my position... (5)

Here’s my attempt at posting a pic…I know, foot is not at bottom of the stroke but this was the best I could get. I’m limited in flexibility so I doubt I can get much lower

If I didn’t know better, I would have thought that was a picture of Peter Reid.

If you cant get any lower, than what do you want us to critique?

Forearms are angled down, they should be angled up, IMO.

It’d be better if the leg facing the camera were down and not the other one. Do you have a bike trainer to set up and then snap a photo while riding?

Well, good point about getting lower, but I was mainly looking for feedback on seat position, arm position, etc. I have limited flexibility which I’m working on, but any lower and I can’t see the road ahead of me. Also, limited shoulder mobility from a healed clavicle fracture–issues with reaching back to zip a one piece trisuit or wetsuit. I’ll try and get some better pictures on the Computrainer. Thanks for your input.
