You were 2nd across the line and it looks like that guy’s tellin’ ya about it.
Why’s Chris McCormack yelling at you?
Nice to see a photo from the www.beatsperminute.asia MACCA training camp… Desaru is where all the pros come to train…
Whatever Chris was telling you when this picture was taken - - do that…
I think if you removed that second person from the front of your head it may be more aero
.
I’m a bit surprised that others aren’t more helpful.
I’m just a hack, working to get my own bike setup right.
But, from what I see it looks like you’re a bit too scrunched up. See your arched back, and compare it to the guy behind you with a more comfortable flat back.
Perhaps some longer aerobars would help.
2 cents.
That arched back is actually more aero. If you can get the wind coming over your helmet and over a rounded back it does not break up as much as if it were to hit a flat back. Check out the guys during the time trial, they really arch up high…it looks painful.
you must have x-ray vision
.
rephrase… the title he wanted to put but couldn’t…
Screw you all, I rode with Chris!

I hope he is not giving an advice on how to put the helmet on fast

Well… does that lead into yet another question of aerodynamics vs. comfort?
On a hundred mile bike ride will a more aero position, but a sore back, be a net win or loss?
Though it probably would have helped if the OP gave more info about his goals.
Which biker are you?
I agree…but that leads to another question…do we strive for fit to get us comfortable or do we strive to strengthen our core and lower back to allow us to hold those potentially uncomfortable positions for longer.
