Atrial flutter & tachycardia?
Is my strap too high?
I am not a doctor, but the first thing I would ask is how you felt during this event. Did you manually check your pulse during this time to verify the reading was accurate? My hr monitor sometimes goes nutty like this. Could be due to a lot of things- electrical wires, interference, etc.
If you know for a fact that this is an accurate reading then you should probably see a doctor…
Yeah, it’s accurate and it makes me feel like dog shit when it’s happening, 30 seconds after it stops I feel fine. I had a procedure a year ago to “fix” it and didn’t have any problems until 2 weeks ago. I’m now carrying around a cardiac event recorder, unfortunately I didn’t get it until the day after this. I haven’t seen my cardiologist this go round, just the nurses until I get a good recording of an episode.
Just wondered what the infinite wisdom of ST had to say.
The spikes in HR and attendant stimulations have nothing to do with your mom’s box, does it?
No, but a couple of times I thought I would have to invoke the term.
