Critique my fit/aeroness

I have about a month left before my first IM and I feel I have everything pretty much dialed in. I’m hoping you guys could check out my video and give me some pointers or areas for improvement in my fit or aero wise.
Thanks

A month out DO NOT change your fit (unless your current fit is causing injuries). IMO you could get a bit lower, but you’ll want to do it gradually and test the position in shorter races first.

The setup is very clean/minimal. Add a cage/bottle between the aerobars, use the bonty bottle as a tool kit, and (optional) consider adding a second bottle behind the seat (a-la Crowie and Lieto). You could add a DSW bento to reduce the pressure drag behind the stem and store some salt/gels.

Paint your helmet orange like your bike.

Thanks for the reply. I actually have a cage between my aerobars and planned on using the bonty bottle for water. I think I can fit the tools and extra tube under the seat.
As for the fit, the toe drag was concerning me, it looks like I’m using my toes to push. Should I lower the seat a bit or just leave it the way it is until after the race.

Don’t use the bonty for water (non-refillable); 21oz. won’t get you too far in an IM. Either load it with gels or other nutrition, or use it as a tool kit).

Leave the seat where it is. Last minute changes are far more likely to cause grief than help out.

No one has ever had to miss an IM due to knee problems from not moving their saddle right before a race.
