i’m no doc, so I can’t help ya. just wanted to wish ya a happy belated birthday!!!

Obviously your seats too high.

Hell, the images aren’t calibrated! How am I supposed to tell anything from these?

Well, it obvious that the corpulated vesticular pustuale in the third quadrant of the mytographic interger is plugged with a thingymijig.

Just my opinion.

Chris

Hahaha, this is funny because a radiologist recently sent a paper around to our department (astrophysics) via email regarding the inaccuracy of the WMAP mission because there was no calibration for local noise.

The funny thing is, he makes a valid point. And WMAP is a big deal!

  1. The catheter tip is too high.

  2. DOB is 1972??? I graduated high school in 1972. I have atherosclerosis plaques older than you. What the hell are you doing with circulation issues at your age, son?

  3. I am a walking insurance claim.

  4. I am told the Ulnar is “shut down” and that there is not much to do…

Does this mean you’re destined to be an ass the rest of your life??? NOOOOOOO!

Can you point to the particular problem on the xrays?

Chris

Can anyone else see the happy face in the first x ray?

Chris

I wrote on the image.

you have nice hands…

Well that is about the only hing that I can say is that you have no ulnar blood flow…

I am not a vascular surgeon but from what I can tell there is little to no collateral blood flow… (is this a new problem?)

There is nothing that I can see that looks like an etiology (cause) for your poor blood flow…

Do you have any other problems like reynauds… smoking… etc… what is the status of the brain stuff?

quite simply, you have accelerated your path to death. or at least your destiny with cold phalanges.

I see the baby jesus, it’s a christmas miracle!

This problem started after IMLP…odd

Neuro stuff…seizure free for about a year now. No new meds.

I had this problem when I was your age… The doc said I’ve been using the same hand too long… Switch hands and you’ll be golden;-)

Chip, It looks as though you may have “hypothenar hammer syndrome,” which is due to ulnar artery occlusion from repetitive trauma. It has been described in athletes, including baseball (catchers), karate, and bikers. The angiogram shows little flow to the 5th finger. Also, the normal hand has 2 “arch” arteries, superficial and deep, which run perpendicular to the fingers, and from which the digital arteries originate (supplying each finger). Your angiogram shows only one such arch artery, which is a direct continuation of the radial artery (on the right side of the image).

My 2 cents.
