Critique Aero Position for 1st IM

Doing my 1st full IM this weekend @ Rev3 and this is the position I have evolved into with tweaks all summer on long rides. I plan on running my aero bottle between bars, Perpetuem and Heed in frame cages (even though less aero, it is what works for me).
Any comments would be appreciated.

Even if not correct, it’s way too late to change anything position wise. You can’t change anything until after your race.

+1 changes now could be a right pain literally! Its difficult to see but if it was me I’d try lifting my seat a little and depending on your flexibility lowering the aero bars a bit if you can, whatever you do though don’t do them till after IM and good luck

I think your seat is too far back (or you’re too far back on your seat) and the seat is a bit too low.

This is the first I’ve taken pics from side to look at this until now.

The seat is all the way forward but I could reverse seat tube next year as a starting point if you think I need to.
I have thought of raising seat another 5mm but worried about going too high as I usually feel some knee soreness around 95 mile mark and have a history of achilles tendonitis which the fix was switching to spd pedals/cleats so could move them back further on shoe.

This is about as aggressive as I can tolerate for 6+ hrs as my neck hurts afterwards pretty bad.

All of the angles seem textbook to me.

Don’t think you should change anything now.

Comfort certainly trumps aggressiveness, especially for 112 miles. I agree that you shouldn’t change anything this close to your race (says the guy that bought a brand new bike a month before Ironman Texas and only rode it twice prior to the race, neither ride anywhere near 112 miles).

If you are doing your first IM and you know that this position will allow you to ride in comfort and accommodate a good run off the bike, then it is a fantastic position.
Objectively, all I can say is that I have seen many other people with positions that look less aerodynamic (including my own) and it has been to no great detriment to my bike times.
Enjoy your IM.
