Just getting back into it after 3 months off driving across Canada. My last race was a half-IM, I’m looking for the best way to get some fitness back fast.
In one word it would probably be: running?
But does that mean running intervals/high intensity stuff, or long slow runs, or 3 hour walks, or what? Probably going to set myself for 3 run workouts a week at this stage just to get fitness, then work out a training plan to target some Olympic+ distance races. Plus a little marathon in Boston in April, but that’s a different story.
I’ll throw in some bikes and swims too but looking for advice to get fit quick
