Crappy Schwag Blows

Things have been sucking an aweful lot today - so just to change things up…

Crappy race schweag blows - either throw something of good quality good (small is fine) into the race goodie bag or nothing at all. If you go the nothing route - make the after race food a high quality as possible.

You are on a roll today. What happened, did you get beat up by the Lucky Charms guy this morning? :stuck_out_tongue:

Foolish-C’mon man. We need good karma here. Lots of hate coming from your threads! Get a message, or go to a movie or something!! Have a green beer, or 4 or 5!! But more important, good luck at IMNZ. And wear a wetsuit, heard the water is cold!!!

From my experience there is definitely a 3-5 week Pre Ironman training period when an athlete’s mood is affected. (and I’ve been through it a few pre-IM peak training weeks) Our daughter had a nickname for this time. She would say “oh oh, crabby man is here again”.

I just find it interesting, the harder my husband trains, the more annoying I become. :slight_smile: I learned to ignore “crabby man”, he only stays a couple of weeks and the with the taper comes “mr nice guy” who takes me on a nice trip to Hawaii.
