I was wondering what you guys ride as far as cranks go…
I would really like to upgrade my current crank/bb (english threading) but there are so many out there i dont really know how to narrow it down(also to lazy to do all the leg work)… i guess overall im just looking for the best bang for the buck! Any help would be Amazing!

Unless you are looking for something different and “special” like Rotorcranks or PowerCranks, what possible improvement do you expect to get out of “upgrading” your cranks. The most bang for the buck would be to stay with what you have, essentially the same performance for zero cost vs essentially the same performance for x cost.
You don’t say what cranks you have now as a starting point…
straight up Shimano Ultegra (not just in cranks but in everything it is the best bang for the buck)
Actually, maybe Shi 105 is truly the best bang for the buck (but ultegra looks a lot more “cool” than 105 but as far as performance goes you cannot beat 105…or ultegra…for the price

one more thing…buy these cranks off of ebay…they are usually about $150 cheaper than any online store or lbs
