Crank arms are172.5 the bb says bb-70/68. Does that make sense?

it’s about a 4:07(high) mile honestly, ran that slightly injured too. . . I ran some workouts that made me believe I could run sub 4. but I never got into a really fast race and some health issues held me back. . . I consider going after it every now and again. But I live in Northern Michigan so training at high intensity is pretty rough right now.
