Cramps!?

Some days, I will run 5 miles at a solid pace, and feel fine the entire time, but I also have days where I just get RIDICULOUS side stitches after just a mile or so. I don’t think its just a normal side stitch, it feels like my insides are being ripped apart… But like I said, some days I will just be totally fine. I drink plenty of water and eat well, is there anything else I can do to fix this??? Please help…
