Cramp help pls

At most races cramps are my limiter, perticularly on the run. I must be doing something wrong. I take salt tabs or e-caps 1-2/hr depending on conditions. At the WL 1/2 IM Sat, I was fairly well hydrated and had to pee on the run after 150 oz on the bike. gatorade, accelerade & water.

Other then salt tabs I have taken calcium pills pre-race and try to hydrate well race week. Any other thoughts?

Muscle cramps or stomach cramps?

How far into the run do they start?

thanks for the follow up, it is muscle cramps in my legs or quads, they generally start at aroung mile 2 of the run.

i appreciate any insight.
