CRAFT Clothing (3)

Hi All,

Quick question: what do those of you that use or have used Craft think of it? It looks to be reputable but I have never tried it. I thinking of getting some of the underwear as a base layer for winter training. In addition, I have seen several pictures of Tim Deboom in a pair of Craft shorts when he races…does anyone know that name of them? I tried to find them on the Craft site but came up empty handed.

Thanks,

B

I love the stuff. Have two of the sleeveless and two t-shirts. i use it training, skiing, hiking etc. I don’t think it looks too great, but functions better than anything else I have worn. Like most of the plastic stuff-stinks bad. I just bought one of the wind resistent shirts (S3 maybe) and the heavier wool/poly blend with a zipper. Has not been cold enough yet where I live to try them.

I just made a $300 order from their website on Friday. I’ll let you know what I think (I don’t know what to expect).

Never used craft but just started with the de feet as a base layer - yup that’s right the sock people - call the underware da undashirt or something similar - awesome stuff - do a vest, T and longsleeve at my local store…

I ordered a couple shirts and hats from their website a few weeks ago. Their customer services was not so good (I payed for 2 day shipping and it didn’t even leave their warehouse until the following week) BUT the clothing is pretty nice. Reminds me alot of the old LIFA (Helly Hansen) gear.

I just received my order from Craft. Very fast shipping. The clothing is absolutely amazing. I bought a pair of bib shorts, a turtleneck base layer, and a fleece stretch top. The bib shorts feel better than any pair I’ve ever owned. So long as they don’t self-destruct like Castelli and Louis Garneau clothing tends to I think I’ve found a new favorite clothing supplier.

I bought a plain white Craft longsleeve base layer a couple of weeks ago. I’ve worn it on about 5 early morning rides and love it so far. I think I’m going to get some more. It’s the only shirt I’ve worn that lives up to the hype of keeping you warm when it’s cool and cool when it’s warm. The wicking is outstanding. My wife has even borrowed it just to wear as a weekend shirt. She thinks it looks cool and is comfy. So, there you go.
