Cracked QR Tiphoon frame does Philip Martindale still do international warranty?

Hi all,

  I am in Australia,and I have cracked My 2nd Tiphoon frame,I need a replacement quick smart!,Does anybody know if Philip Martindale works for American bicycle group anymore,?He was the international warranty guy.He is not responding to My emails.if not does anybody know of another contact i can use in the QR group?,Cheers Chuck

I believe you have made contact with Phil Martindale.Please contact Liam kelly at SEDC in future as he is the distributor for Australia and this helps the delay of time and ensures speedy attention to the issue.Phil Martindale is actually head of international sales and not warranty but he does a stunning job at ensuring all issues overseas are dealt with in a timely and effective manner.
