If this happened to me, I will be more worried about my nipple than the bloody wheel. You have cracked a nipple in the back wheel - ouch!

regular wheel, should be no prob to fix. make sure you get it done before the nipple breaks, falls out, and your rim goes out of true (if it hasn’t done so yet). while you’re at it, check the other nips as well.
