I think the movie title you are asking about is ‘QuickSilver’ staring Kevin Bacon and featuring some notable bicycle sequences from Nelson Vails (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0091814/). Sorry, I do not have any links for the dvd or video but sure would like to rent a copy!
