I’m in Australia and I am chasing some Dark Navy Blue Nomex fabric to make some work clothes. I have found some on the net from the below place but due to timezone issues I can’t call them. I have emailed them with no response. Could someone offer to call them and ask if they have any Dark Navy Blue Nomex fabric in stock. I would like to purchase about 10 yards.

How does it reek of a scam you peanut??? I thought it was a fair question. I gave the link for the company, I’m not trying to sell anything and it has nothing to do with Tri’s. I have bought quite a few things from slowtwitch, I have spoken with a member that is a surgeon about a serious knee injury of mine and not only did he offer advice but he also gave me the details of a top surgeon here in Australia that he recommended.
So no it’s not a scam you moron. In fact why even bother to put up a post if you were that worried about it. I have always liked slowtwitch and as I said bought a few things on here, even had a few members purchase things for me and send them over cause I couldn’t get them here. It’s people like you that make me think twice about posting on this site!!

OP: The post looks ridiculous because (depending on where you are in Australia) all you have to do is wake up at a reasonable hour to catch someone before the end of the work day. COB in the eastern time zone here in the USA is 8am in Sydney if I did my time zone conversion correctly (Australia IS upside-down so it’s scientifically impossible to know for sure how our time converts to their time).
Since you’ve posted here a couple of times I’m satisfied that yours was not a scam post, but the fact that you were too lazy to either get out of bed or man up and make a transcontinental phone call to get some business done doesn’t really sit well with anyone because of the whole laziness thing.
In the time it took those guys to write their posts, they could have made a quick call and helped someone in the community out. Good ol’ ST, never miss a chance to sling some crap.
Well in the other thread you did suggest that the guy buy the stuff for you so maybe you can see how it could look like a scam to some of us. Not saying it is one and it’s probably not since you’re a regular member here (although there have been stories of members being scammed by other members before), but the way you’re presenting it sure make it look like a scam.
Plus, you’re the one that started calling people names.

That’s funny stuff. I too don’t understand why he can’t don’t himself. I’m in the US and my daughters best friend moved to Australia a few years ago. They talk all the time, sometimes several times a day, via FaceTime, Skype, etc. without any issues.
