Corima Wheels & Ultegra 10 speed compatabilty

I have some Corima wheels from the late 90’s - is there any reason that I won’t be able to make them 10 speed Ultegra friendly?

I have a 2000 4-sp Corima, I have had no issues since I just upgraded to SRAM RED.

I ran a 90’s Corima 4-spoke last year with Ultegra 10 speed RD and bar-end shifters. No problemo, and had my fastest avg. speed of the year with the 4-spoke rear and Corima deep-v front.
