Core workout in triathlete magazine

Does anybody here know if it was November, December or the January issue of Inside Triathlon which had a triathlete core workout in it? I seem to have thrown mine out in the recycling and really wanted to show that to my coach and pt to see what they thought. Seemed really robust and easy to do at home or the gym…

It’s the november issue. One of the workouts is really hard (or I do not understand it correct) the “trunk twist on ball”…

It that the “Russian Twist”? But on the ball?

THANK YOU! Now how do I get a copy of that magazine or workout - their website is down…

I got a great Core book from Triathlon-core-training.com check it out as it has loads of exercises and great explanations of how to do them etc
.

One other question related to this. THere was also an issue a few months ago with pictures of stretching/core by Mark Allen with pictures of doing the routines. Anyone remember what issue that was?

THANK YOU! Now how do I get a copy of that magazine or workout - their website is down…
I have no idea - since they have merged with triathlete mag, mayne you can try and mail them? I do not have a scanner, sorry…

Yes, but it doesn’t nearly look like that when I try it on the ball

Shoot me an e-mail or PM and I’ll get you the magazine.

TLC13,

Feel free to do the same. Just don’t make fun of the pictures (it’s me doing the “modeling”). I wasn’t able to get a hold of our usual models at the last minute, so we got stuck with my ugly mug. It’s a great routine though, and can be done pretty quickly.
