I haven’t done any serious activity since October (serious meaning running or biking or swimming), due to an injury that has involved my hip, groin and upper hamstring. I would like to return to the sport by starting with core work. Anyone have a link or workout that will provide me with a program for this…thanks to lots of sitting in an office chair that is too small for, I have *unofficially developed lordosis :).

You can’t expect any less from a yoga and Pilates addict. I may not be able to swim/bike/run worth a damn, but boy can I stretttttttch…
