They are pretty happy about that? I freakin doubt that. I bet the parents are happier than the kids. I would bet the kids are bitching because they can’t buy what they want with it.
yeah, I think you and jhc hit it on the head. I hope that they let them buy something fun with it. At $26,000 / kid (don’t know how that gets taxed) but there should be plenty to take some out for fun or even a family vacation of the kids choosing. I think I remember when this story came out originally that they are only in grade school so they have plenty of time to invest it and get a decent return to offset a little reward;)
