Converting hed h3's

i was just wondering how much it would cost to convert a rear h3 wheel to a front one.

If the wheel is a thread on, it is a no brainer. You need a $24 axle and a front skewer. If the rear wheel is a cassette it my be impossible, if not very costly.

thanks for the info. i was under the assumption that you could change the cassette type h3’s to either track or front wheels.
