Congress should all be fired

Too bad we don’t do that here in America. We have elections where the American people re-elect the same assholes, many who have served for 20, 30 and 40 years.

serious
.

so in your mind is the idiot who wins the election or the collective idiots who voted them in to blmae? People are getting exactly what they deserve.

The collective idiots are to blame. This is why we need term limits in Congress.

Why just look at Congress? Why not look at everyone? Let’s have a national test to see who stays and who goes. If you are in debt sayonara. If you area felon, bye bye. If you are on welfare or jobless adios. If you don’t vote good riddance. Make everyone suspect and susceptible to deportation and suddenly you would have a much better country. Blaming Congress for our problems is like blaming ice for the Titanic.

I like the way you think. SOYLENT GREEN Baybee. It will solve all the worlds problems in one fell swoop. …or were you joking

You sure do whine a lot.

Have you ever voted for a sitting member of Congress?

No joke. We blame Congress and fail to take ourselves into account. How’d that work out so far?

My philosophy in November was clean house. If they were “in” I voted them out and chose the lesser of whatever evils were “out”. Of course, 90% of the incumbents were still elected.

You sure do whine a lot.

Isn’t that the number one rule in the LR? Plus I wanted to respond to all the calls to resign. Just having a little fun.

Actually, I usually don’t vote the same person in year after year. I do make the occasional exception like when I voted for Tom Davis in 2004, who has since retired.

I have also not blamed Congress for all the problems in the world, nor for any of my problems. But generally speaking, they suck.
