The joys of qualifying early mean you should have the pick of the condos for next October. However not knowing how far any of them are from the pier is a bit of a pain. Anyone know the names of resorts that are a mile or less from the pier? I know the Kona Islander Inn is probably the closest, but they all seem to be without prooper kitchens or laundry facilities.
Any advice would be appreciated.

I stayed at the Billfisher condo this year. .9 MI. from the pier. Not fancy but clean and cheap. $80 per night for single.
I stayed at the Sea Village. I could see the final turn buoy out the patio window. 1.5 mile from pier. Plenty of room and nice kitchen to cook your meals.
