The Whiskey Fest is a great event. We have been the last 4 years. Tickets for grand stands pretty decent seats for us were $99.00. You can get closer with floor seats or standing in the pit but I have no desire. The RV camping is a little spendy at $200 for 2 days no hook ups etc. Cool thing is if you bring an inflatable pool a truck will come by and fill it for donations. It’s generally really hot there like 100+ so the pool is nice. First world problems right. The concert is in their rodeo arena which is huge compared to a standard arena so lots of space. We love it because it’s an event and the town does a great job of promoting it with a street party the night before. If you ever get a chance it’s worth while but book way in advance and if you don’t have an RV option hotels go quick.
Last year we did a drive by from Boise so went to concert then continued to Kennwick for hotel on our way to Seattle.
Just found out The Pretty Reckless is opening for AC/DC. They toured together before but didn’t know they are together for this stadium tour.
Just replying to the last comment as I haven’t chimed in on 2026, but it’s turning out to be a good year

D’Wife & I were talking over dinner tonight if we want to go see …
… at City Winery in Philly 4/28
Scott Patterson & I were in HS together. He was 2 years ahead of me. I knew him as our team’s stud baseball player; I had no idea of his music or acting ability (he graduated in Spring 77, I didn’t become a “drama fag” until that Fall)
John Mulaney in mpls. he killed, metaphorically.
My 16yo is a Sturgill fan, mostly of his wildly underrated SOUND AND FURY record. Hopefully we’ll get some of those tracks in October. But his JBS material is excellent as well.
I was in the area and made it to the first weekend of Phish at the Sphere last month. Tix were selling well below face. Seems like the hype dropped off some, or the wooks had other plans, jazz fest, summer tour, etc
