Computrainer - Spinscan?

I am unable to view my Spinscan data from the coaching software after my ride. My general data is there, but the Spinscan data is blank. Any help?

Why look at spinscan? The only benefit is l/r distribution. Using it to modify your pedal stroke could be dubious.

I think there is more value than you mention. However, that is a debate for another time… I want to see the data first.
