I bought it from a well known pro triathlete in Denver in 2004. It was new/still in original wrapping and she sold it to me because she had just had a baby and Computrainer had just sent the trainer to her. We thought that my husband would get into bike training and we could train together since I do most of my riding on my computrainer. He just never got into it and I think that he rode it literally about 3 times and I had a friend come over about 3 times to ride it as well. That is it! Since we have owned it, we have replaced a fuse (blew because it was turned on before the unit was plugged in - you can talk to Racermate about this, but it seems like this is not uncommon and it was cheap/easy to fix).
FWIW, my computrainer is a 2003 model and I have ridden it since then @3-4 times per week. The only thing I’ve had to repalce was a stereo wire. It works great and I really couldn’t live without it.
