The title says it all. I have an ancient computrainer – seriously the cables hook up to an abacus. The computrainer technician must have spent hours working the problem with me. Finally after trying every possible fix, we determined that the controller was broken. Instead of telling me to buy a new one for $375, he explained how they could fix mine for $50. I agree. I have also received excellent (second to none) customer service from Computrainer. Great people too.
