I have my CT set-up in the garage. The last few mornings it has been in the mid 20’s and the garage is not insulated at all. I’ve noticed that my workouts have been extremely difficult, like the resistance/load is much higher than what I have it set at. I’ve been careful to give more warm-up time before calibrating, and have even stopped and re-calibrated 30 and 40 minutes into the workout - to no relief. Today, I could barely turn the pedals at 200w.
Is this a normal reaction for the CT? I’ve never used it in such cold weather before.
alternatively, I could just be physically burned out…but I’d rather blame it on my equipment ![]()
Anyone expereince similar problems with using a CT in the cold?
