Compression wear for recovery: when is the best time

…to wear, after a workout, at night…etc etc

Don’t know if it is actually doing anything, but after a long session I’ll wear my tights for the day. After a double or triple day I’ll wear them to sleep at night.

I also bought some socks to test with and do the same sort of thing for after other workouts. But since I got the tights, that is less so …

Any more wisdom…

you should wear the compression garments immediately after the workout or even during the workout.
I sleep in my sox and it makes a big difference the next morning after a hard or long workout the day before.
