Ultegra or Sram Force ?
For TT shifters I like Shimano better. For a road setup (STI shifters), I still like Ultegra but the SRAM stuff is really good if you like that shifting mechanism. It is a tough call. You will be OK either way.

No worries - can’t comment on the bar end shifters though. I have Red on my road bike and have tested a Force equipped roadie as well. I like the Double Tap shifting.
On a tri bike, I don’t think that there would be much difference. The new gray Ultegra is pretty sexy though. Full groupset or just derailleurs and shifters with an FSA crank?
I’m thinking the the whole groupset.
