Which mirror is best for a helmet or glasses mounted application? Are they fragile, or can I venture off road on my ride home from work on the cross bike?

I’d think you can take it off-road.
Yup, that’s the one I’ve heard the best things about. Not sure about off road capabilities.
I had that one. Didn’t like it at all.
don’t know about glasses since I’m half-blind, can’t see a glasses-mounted mirror.
On Sheldon’s recommendation I have the Third Eye helmet mirror, it’s been fine. No problems riding singletrack on my way to work.
