Anyone with any insights on to comfortable arm pads for aerobars.
My stock ones are really old and a need some new ones.
Most of them seem like they are foam, any gel ones

fizik makes these gel pads in various shapes and sizes, they are comfy but after time they become extremely gross and sticky. you would need to replace them maybe twice a season if you ride a lot. maybe not if you live in a cold climate.

Cee Gees are good.
+1 for Cee Gees.
Thanks. Will check them out.
Go to an upholstery store, and get 1cm thick neoprene.
Cut to shape with scissors, and use velcro tape to hold them in place. They’re much softer than traditional aerobar pads, last longer, and end up costing about $4/set.
Replacing old ones at least 1x/yr. makes a difference. You can also try using 2 pads. Ultimately position makes a big difference too. Arms at 90 degrees with pressure on a bony column.
agree with others about cee gees just replaced mine and they are the best.

I got mouse pads instead… same effect. Way more comfortable and lower profile to boot so less “digging in” effect.
Agreed, like them a lot, but they do get sticky and “questionable”. But still comfy, and much sleeker than PD or ceegees I think. I like em.

I love cee gee’s as well, but shit have they gone up in price!!! I haven’t had to replace mine, but the liner is starting to come off so I checked them out quickly, I may just use glue!
If you could familiarize yourself with the use of the search function, the forum wouldn’t get so clogged and important posts wouldn’t get lost, e.g., “Any cool tri or other endurance sports related Halloween costumes?”
