Cold weather rain gear suggestions: IM-Moo

I need some suggestions for cold weather rain gear that is aero for IM-Moo.
Suggestions?

i have a fairly breathable rain/wind jacket i used all winter/fall when it rained, i think it is made by pearl izumi.

A Gore-Tex or similar jacket is a must. Some people like vests, some like the soft material long sleeve jackets, some like arm warmers, I go for the real thing which I can then roll up and put in my back pocket if it’s dry. Nothing better than a wind/water PROOF shell jacket. There are some materials which are similar to Gore-Tex which are just as good and cheaper. Also, do not get anything lined. Get the shell - that will be more than warm enough. Anything lined and I start to bake even in winter.

Bootie covers for the shoes are a must. Anything to try and keep your feet semi dry or warm is great. Thin wool socks.

I like long riding pants. I never overheat with them in almost any temperature. If it’s raining or cold I wear long pants.

Long finger gloves. I like the realy thing PI long finger gloves and wear them even if it’s 100 degrees.

Finally, if it is really raining I would HIGHLY recommend a fender for the back tire to stop the splashing on your back. I would also recommend a helmet cover.

Yes I have this Xenon jacket by Gore and raced in a rainy triathlon last week and it was awesome. The Windstoper breathes a bit better then normal GoreTex and should be perfect for IM Moo.
