I am currently carrying both a CO2 chuck and a crack pipe in my flat kit. I would like to consolidate. Any recommendations for a CO2 Chuck that works well with a disc wheel without a crack pipe?
I am a big fan of the Genuine Innovations Air Chuck SL. It allows you control the flow of the air as opposed to just backing the CO2 off and it all coming out. It works with discs. It is probably the lightest air chuck to boot.
I seem to get by ok with the Genuine Innovations Microflate Nano. Fits well with the cutout in my Renn 555.

This is the one I use with me hed jet+ disc. I I usually use the ‘Portland Design Works Shiny Object’ one in my flat kits as I like the design and ease of use. But the fit was too tight.

It depends on the disc…The Roval 321 works with most standard pump heads so no need for crack pipe
Have a look at the Lezyne Twin Speed Drive Co2. I never needed to use it during an event but it seemed to work well for me on my FFWD disc, which didn’t have a lot of room at the valve. It is pretty small and doesn’t take up much space in the spares kit.
The one I use is identical to this.
Use it on my jet disc too.
I’d have to carry a crackpipe AND a chuck haha.
Big fan of Lezyne’s disc accessories. I run their floor pump with a disc chuck - just a simple, tiny press-fit L-shape head, but it works up to 100psi no-handed (never saw reason to go higher). Their CO2 chucks are tiny, easy to use and disc-compatible.
