Anyone have any suggestions for a good running vest that could double as a cycling vest?

Why would you ever need to run with a vest?
Not addressed to me, but I use it for the visibility.
LL Bean (of all places?) has a similar one (yellow with mesh back) that also has a light stick embedded in it that either glows or flashes. Very nice.
How 'bout a cycling vest for running.
I use an LG Atmos vest. Very light. It HAS rear pockets. Very well rated. Got it on sale for $35-40.

I run in a vest all the time - probably 10x more than I ride with one. It rarely gets cold enough here to warrant running with a full jacket, but its nice to have something that takes the edge off of the wind. Light tights, a longsleeve shirt and a vest are pretty much what I wear from late fall - mid spring for running here in Vancouver. I might throw on a shell if its raining hard, but probably won’t bother if its just a light drizzle.
I have two Sugoi vests that I like allot. Wind proof front, mesh back, high collar.
Why would you ever need to run with shoes? Eh, because they make your feet feel good.

I wear a vest on cool days when it is simply too cold for a jacket. Hence the term, VEST.

Needed more information to answer the question rather than toss out generic info.
The atmos has mesh back and double action zipper. I ride and run in mine all the time in the fall and winter.
I love my Mountain Hardware Transition Featherweight vest. It’s been great running, and on the bike.
