I’m going to put some clip-ons on my road bike. Has anyone running Campy had a problem with the shift/brake cables being in the way?

You may need to roll back the handlebar tape next to the stem. Other than that, you’ll be fine.
i’ve got a soloist centaur, so when i put the aerobars on there’s some negotiating around the cables. it’s not ideal, but it works. i think it helps to have a bit of extra length in the housing.

no issues here. At first they were really close together and I got used to riding with them that way, Then I spread them out and now I’m more stable…
