Anyone on the forum use this stuff? Curious what your thoughts are on it. Was trying to get a comparison to the Clif drink and Infinit’s short course drink, but their site wasn’t allowing me to see the nutritional info, and when I was, it looked like there was protein in it; but that could be a mistake on my part.

I use the Clif Shot Electrolyte drink a lot. It is one of my favorites (Cran-Razz). Not sure if you are saying you thought Clif has protein or Infinit did but I know that the Clif Shot Electrolyte has 0 protein in it. The Clif SHot Recovery does have 5 grams of protein per 8oz serving. No idea what Infinit has in it.
I like the apple and the cranberry. It’s expensive compared to something like Gatorade but it is made without the artificial colors of Gatorade.

Mike, blast from the past…did you ever get a new bike? I know you ‘blamed’ me way back! 
Also a big fan of the cran-razz and the lemon flavors. If you look at the gatorade ingredients list (high fructose corn syrup and artificial colors), you really start considering alternatives. I’ve used HEED and Clifshot all season to good effect.
As for the Clif shot recovery drink, I ended up tossing out about half of the mango-orange flavor–I found it repulsive. I think for the winter they have a hot chocolate recovery beverage–that might be interesting.
Great prices on the Clifshot can be found at Luckyvitamin.com. Best prices I’ve seen around and they ship fast from Pennsylvania.
Wismith, I only getthe powdered form and mix it myself, so the HFCS isn’t an issue for me with GE.

Is the taste any stronger than HEED? I hated the taste of HEED, but havent found something other than accelerade I like.
Don’t know about the taste, but I’d assume that it would be good. Clif’s other stuff tastes very good (to me at least).

More difficult than I anticipated to do this, but maybe I’m just a moron, which is entirely possible. Too bad I hate HEED; the taste just is brutal. WOuld love to get my hands on the Clif, but I won’t lose any sleep getting Gatorade Endurance (powder).
I am heavy into the apple flavor, which has caffeine. I also think it is pretty palatable even when warm, a definite issue with Hammer products I feel.
I love the lemon flavor Clif drink. I didn’t like the vanilla recovery drink but I like the mango recovery drink.
