While at Books-A-Million this weekend, I was perusing some triathlon “how-to” books. Lots of dated stuff–e.g., pics of bikes with no aero bars, John Howard’s “preying mantis” position, etc. But–one thing that piqued my interest was a recommendation to affix cleats further back than a normal road position for more power. I use Look cleats and have been placing them in a “neutral” position, halfway between the fore and aft screw adjustment limits. Any thoughts on moving them back fatrther?
