Clearwater 70.3 Computrainer course?

does anyone know where i might be able to find a download of the Clearwater 70.3 world champs course for a computrainer.

I’ve checked the computrainer web site but its not up there and i’ve only just got a computrainer so i’m not sure if there are any other web sites to use for this kind of thing.

I would think you could just create a 90k flat course and just turn the drafting component on and that should do the trick. :wink:

What do you need the course for. Just ride at 300W in Ergo mode for 10 min and then notch it down to 100W for the next 2:10 to simulate being sucked up by the peleton.

LOL! that’s what i was going to say :wink: anyway, I upgraded the software now it has the 100% Draft thing, how do you adjust that any tips?

ha ha, i know what you mean. computrainers dont have the added function of cars driving across the course and nearly killing you though, so its lacking a little bit of realism. :wink:

guess i’ll just do the flat course thing

I believe you can only have drafting on or off. I don’t use it though so I am not sure.

It was for some athletes. Hard to know. A lot is dependent on how they stagger the waves, and then what wave you end up in.

Trying to decide if racing Clearwater is a worthwhile pursuit in 2008. Would hate to go all the way from California to Florida only to end up riding in groups for 56m…
