This is going to sound like a “cherry” question so be nice please…
My Litespeed Saber is my first “non-painted” frame and I can’t seem to make it look “right” if that makes sense. Seems like whenever I clean it with mild soap and water it ends up with strange waterspots. I dry it immediately and it still happens. Any good products out there to bring out the beauty it had when it was new? It doesn’t happen all over and it disappears when the bike is still wet.
Oh yeah, it is “brushed” titanium not polished.

Try using pledge. That stuff works on everything. It will shine up your bike, and keep it dust free (for a while)…It’s a trick I learned from motorcycling. I use it on my non-clear coated Giant. It keeps the flat paint looking deep and rich.
Never even thought of that…will do…we actually used pledge (lemon scented for no specific reason) on the windscreens of our aircraft in the desert. After they were cleaned and dried a light coat of pledge helped cut down on static so the blowing dust wouldn’t stick.
Betcha it would make my rims nice and shiny…and keep my brakes from squeaking! (just kidding :-P)

I have gone as far as to use pledge on my Hed disc and front wheel to shine up the carbon fiber… Now the disc looks better than brand new.
I’d go with Pedro’s Bike Lust. I use it (on a brushed ti frame), and it gets the waterspots off easily. No small matter when you live in Houston and the water is 30% calcium or something close to that. Lots of flouride though…

I 2nd the bike lust, works great…
Is Pledge ok to use on “brushed” or “polished” titanium. I’ve got a Blade and unsure which paint job it’s got but it is the “titanium” color so is probably just polished.
How to you apply the Pledge ? Spray into a cloth and rub in …sort of like doing furniture , same idea ?
We use a stainless steel polish on ours. It works great. Pledge also does wonders but the stainless steel polish last longer and actually leaves a very light protective layer.
Thanks for the advice. I went to Wal-Mart last night and got some pretty awesome stuff. It is called “Stainless Stell Magic Wipes” and comes in a silver colored plastic cyclindrical container similar to “Wet Wipes.” With just one towelette I wiped down my frame with barely any pressure. The spots were gone and looked good as new. The directions said you could buff it lightly with a clean dry towel and that made it look even better.
Thanks,
Michael
