Class is perminant - Sean Yates interview

http://www.londoncyclesport.com/news_2005/sean_y.html

Here is an interesting interview with Sean Yates - still putting out 19:16 10TT’s whilst doing a top job at Disco.

He thinks he is about 20seconds slower over a 10 than when he was a pro, he is still scarily quick coming in 3rd at the National 50m TT champs.

awesome interview, awesome rider, maximum respect.

I agree he is / was a top rider - I always wonder what times the top tour riders would do in 10’s and 25’s - i guess this gives some idea of the times they would clock. I wonder how he would have done on Saturday’s TDF TT?

I see there is a C Yates rider for Sean’s team IN-Gear this weekend - I wonder if ithey are a relative?

it’s his brother, Christian.

He has another riding brother as well. There’s 3 of them. That would be some TTT !!!
