Clarification of Cervelo S2 seatpost

A friend has a 2009 S2, and his seatpost needs to be replaced. Does anyone know if there’s a limit to model years on what he could use (i.e. did Cervelo change designs some time after 2009)?

Also, would i be correct to assume that the post for the S1 and S3, at least for 2009, would also work in a S2?

There were a few versions on the S1/2/3 seatpost but it was the position and seat clamp that was different, the shape was the same. The new S3 and the S5 won’t work.
