Has anyone got any idea of the benefits or detriments of training when your circadian rhythm is best in the afternoon despite having to race in the morning when your CR is worst.
I am an afternoon person and from my own data (before I even knew about CR) I could see an obvious increase in what I was doing on my afternoon rides versus what I was doing in the mornings (I am a very sluggish riser)
Is there any data correlating afternoon training benefits when the stimuli is better on rides or races that are conducted in the morning, or is it better to just go with the lower stimuli in the morning and train during the hours that I intend on racing.
