Uhm…see a doctor. Ligaments don’t just become “loose”, they only get that way from injury or way overstretching/hyperextension.
Ligaments connect bone to bone. They have very little stretch/give to them. The only way to get a “loose” joint is to injure the ligaments around them. (Such as repeatedly dislocating your shoulder will produce a “loose” shoulder, overstretching or long term use can do the same, see the shoulders of a lot of ex-swimmers).
Given that the general response to chronic fatigue is to not move much at all, I would highly doubt that the CF and the looseness in the knee are related, but I’m not a doc, so take that with a grain of salt.

Marfan’s causes loose joints
True, but most people with Marfan’s have known it for years, so I didn’t really think about that. I was relating it to the chronic fatigue, and non hereditary defects.
