Chris Horner on Rasmussen

From Pez:

"Rabobank made a moral decision that was correct, I don’t know if he’s guilty or innocent but when guys disappear for weeks on end, then you lose control of what they are doing. I think Rabobank’s actions were very positive. "

What does he say about Cadel’s comments that he has a shit team, and is left to race on his own???

Give it a rest, everyone does stuff like that.

Back in, what, 2005 Lance got isolated on literally the first climb of the Tour and both he and Johann went totally apeshit on the team in the media. Then when they ghot back to the bus went apeshit on the team in person so they got the point.

My point is that Cadel Evans is the team leader and sometimes he needs to smack his guys in the ass when he thinks they aren’t doing everything they can.

Here here!

Where, Where?

Perhaps you meant “Hear, Hear”…

Chris Horner does seem to have good insight though. His pre-stage 16 comments were quite good, as are all of the “Horner Diaries” interviews.
