Does anybody have experience with Chiropractic Light Force Adjustment. I’ve seen a Chiropractor since April 1st. The reason I started seeing a chiropractor was because of tremendous tension in my upper back. I constantly had to “crack” myself because I felt soo unfomfortable with myself. Much of this uncomfort dates back a couple years when I was in 3 accidents within a 18month period, all of which were not my fault. That’s the past, I cannot change anything about it, so I wanted to see a chiropractor. My Health Insurance covers 90% of the cost.
Anyway, I wondered if anybody has good, bad, or whatever experience with this type of technique. For me, I went through stages of intense muscular pain, something they say is normal due to the muscles adjusting the vertabrae into place. Althogh it really hurt and I had many “knots” in my back, I dealt with it. Now however, since 2 weeks I have many headaches, especially bright light bothers me. I feel like shit all day, no energy and training, well, that’s at the very bottom of the priority list. Honestly, I hate my life right now because of the way my head hurts and sleep isn’t the same anymore either. I can sleep for 10hours and wake up with kind of swollen eyes and feel super tired.
So if anybody has experience with light force adjustment/adjusting the Atlas, I would like to hear.
thanks for listen me whine
