What: For Jon Blais and The Blazeman Foundation - Also appearing - Bob Blais, Bob Lee (rode his bike across the USA raising money for ALS, Cancer and Hospice patients in 2007), 37 yr old, mother of three, ALS patient Aimee Chamernick.
