This is the third time it’s been posted and as others have pointed out, internal gear systems and that crank mechanism would likely be a high source of drive train friction. And though I’m no engineer, and have no wind tunnel experience, the tubes would probably need to be reworked.
It’s a pretty picture but has nothing on something like the Barrachi or Rue’s creation which I believe were both rideable.
